Kentwood City Properties Celebrates 14th Anniversary as Denver’s Premier Real Estate Company

1366387466DENVER – Kentwood City Properties, one of three offices that comprise Kentwood Real Estate, will celebrate its 14th anniversary as Denver’s premier real estate company on May 1, 2013. In 2012, Kentwood City Properties posted $527 million in closed real estate transactions, shattering its previous record by $200 million.

At the recent 2012 Realtor Roundtable of Excellence awards sponsored by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, Kentwood City Properties had five individual brokers honored for their sales achievements last year in the association’s top platinum category, including Peter Blank, Dee Chirafisi, Heather Faircloth, Brian Harris, and Deviree Vallejo. To achieve platinum status, brokers must close $20 million or more in sales volume for the year. In addition, Kentwood Real Estate company-wide had a total of 10 brokers achieve this distinction out of the 26 Realtors recognized in the platinum category.

Kentwood City Properties also hosts several community tours on B-Cycle bikes each year, in addition to a public art tour and a development tour that highlights several of downtown Denver’s improvements. Each neighborhood tour will be on the second Sunday of each month from May through October, with the first tour on Mother’s Day May 12th.
