Program on November 28th. For over 30 years, Floyd Wickman has been one of the real estate industry’s most recognized and respected trainers.The S.M.A.R.T. program focuses on presentation, negotiation and selling skills, creating referral relationships, time management skills, and the principals of providing exceptional service. Graduates must complete an intensive 42-day training program and demonstrate mastery of the essential program skills. Graduates of the S.M.A.R.T.
