Aspen, CO - Coldwell Banker Mason Morse was named the #1 independently owned and operated Coldwell Banker affiliate in Colorado and recently recognized its top producers and several long-standing employees who embody the company’s core values with an awards ceremony in their honor. CEO of the newly acquired company, Brooke Peterson, acknowledged the company’s 2012 success, legacy and commitment, and credited the dedicated, loyal brokers and staff for the company’s great year.

The 2012 Top producers honored for their sales excellence were: Carrie Wells and Heather Sinclair of the Aspen office; Nancy Emerson and Ryan Jennings of the Carbondale office; and Chris Patrick and the team of Nancy Carlson and Mandy Murray in the Glenwood Springs office.

Bob Starodoj, who has been the face of Mason & Morse for the last 45 years, received the annual Mason Morse Award for providing consistent and visionary leadership, and pushing the company to its new horizon while preserving the integrity of the firm through many changes in the real estate industry and Roaring Fork Valley market. Carbondale broker, Nancy Emerson was chosen for the Collaboration Award. Sherry Rubin also a broker in the Carbondale office was awarded the Integrity Award. The award for Service went to Shael Johnson of the Aspen office. Carrie Wells in the Aspen office received the Success Award. Jeff Bier of the Redstone office received the Stability Award while the Most Valuable Player award was given to Kim Briscoe, the vice president of marketing.
