A third generation Colorado native, Jodi is a highly respected real state professional, who last year achieved $17 million in sales, with her listings selling at an average of 97.55 percent of the list price. She bases her business exclusively on referrals, indicative of the trust and respect her clients have for her work and results. Jodi takes a personal approach to business, hosting special events such as “Client Appreciation Dinners”, “Thanksgiving Complimentary Pie Parties” and “Gratitude Appreciation Parties”, to show her appreciation for the people she represents. After experiencing the loss of her 16 month old son, Brice, Jodi is passionately establishing the Brice Randa Foundation to empower families through Christ-centered coaching to stay together and endure the loss of a child.
Susan has both residential and commercial project management experience, as well as an education in architecture, having attended the Masters Degree Program in Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado, and Construction Project Management at Colorado State University. These skill sets help many of her clients to envision and plan for a home renovation. Susan is an energetic, results-oriented professional with a passion for helping her clients find a home that is the perfect fit for them. A 20-year resident of Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood, Susan is actively involved in the local community, including work with a broad range of civic and non-profit organizations, and has built a strong network of trusted and respected relationships.
