Mark Todd of Surterre Properties,® was recently named President of the Newport Beach Association of REALTORS® (NBAOR).
As the association’s VP in 2012 and member of the board of directors, Mark has enjoyed a rewarding tenure heading up an organization in which he’s been heavily involved with throughout his real estate career.
“I believe Newport Beach has the highest quality of real estate professionals in Orange County, and I’m honored to move forward as the board’s President,” Mark said.
A sage leader, with over 20 years of experience in the industry, Mark has mentored several local agents, impressing upon them his standards for marketing expertise, personalized service, attention to contractual integrity and fiduciary ethics.
Mark is also deeply immersed within the community, devoting his time to a variety of initiatives. He serves on the California Association of REALTORS® Land Use and Environmental Committee and the International Real Estate Committee. Mark has also represented the City of Newport Beach’s interest in California Coastal Commission hearings on the development of sports fields at Sunset Ridge Park.
Mark is a locally renowned Lacrosse guru, as well. Having coached at the collegiate level, he also started a youth lacrosse program and led the varsity teams at Corona del Mar and now at Newport Harbor High.
Mark’s passion doesn’t end with Newport Beach or helping others realize their potential. He’s dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate objectives — a fact evidenced by his 2012 activity. In the last quarter of 2012, Mark closed over $15 million in sales.
