A new national award that is sponsored by the Wall Street Journal with research conducted by Real Trends Inc., based on Colorado, The Real Estate Top 200 recognizes individuals and teams for production as measured by total sales volume and transaction sides. Rita Dhillon (Danville office), at $71,074,888 in sales volume last year, ranked 64th and David Welton (Saratoga office) was 83rd in the nation with $64,437,446 in sales volume. Jamal Noorzoy (Carmel office), who posted $70,387,250 in sales volume last year, qualified for the top 100 list. Judith Profeta (Carmel office), with $56,190,538 in sales volume during 2005, just missed the top 100 for individual sales volume. Patrick J. Ryan (San Mateo) was 107th with total sales volume of $55,476,500; Anne Riley (Burlingame) was 112th with total sales volume of $54,819,750; Sherry Bucolo (Palo Alto) was 120th with total sales volume of $52,361.000 while Blaise Lofland (Pleasanton) was 133rd at $50,533,706, Jim Byrnes (Menlo Park) ranked 181st with $44,940,249 in total sales volume and Elaine Klemm (Los Altos) rounded out the list of top individual agents representing Alain Pinel Realtors with a ranking of 198 for total sales volume of $43,441,353 during 2005.
