This year is certainly an important year for the Spanish real estate developer and builder Grupo VAPF, specialized in tailor made luxury home construction on the North Costa Blanca in Spain: 2013 marks the company’s 50th Anniversary, coinciding with the culmination of the extensive reinvention that the group has been subject to over the last year.
The VAPF Group will soon be officially inaugurating its brand new head offices in the town of Benissa: the original building where the offices have always been based has been completely renovated resulting in a fantastic ultra modern design, with open plan work areas and a spacious reception area for both clients and collaborators, a sharp contrast to the traditional old Spanish style building it previously was.
The group’s property portfolio will also be extended to cover new developments in the exclusive coastal resort of Altea, luxury properties to match the demands of today’s buyers, who not only take into consideration the location and the quality of the construction, but also the good reputation of the company behind the projects, a trait which the VAPF Group is very proud of.
In addition to the above, two open house events are also planned for this year, to celebrate the completion of our next two show houses at the Cumbre del Sol residential estate: sea-facing avant-garde designer villas with panoramic sea views, built with the finest of materials and highest standards of craftsmanship, characterized by the large glass walls which allow the Mediterranean sunlight and colours to permeate the home.
