Point Pleasant Beach, NJ - Diane Turton, Realtors is proud to announce that a number of our agents have earned additional real estate designations during the last quarter of 2012.
Two of our agents Leonard Dunikoski of our Rumson office and Jeff Shapiro in our Beach Haven office have received the GRI designation. GRI stands for Graduate of the Realtor Institute and Realtor. It is nationally recognized as the highest designation in the Real Estate Industry. In order to obtain a GRI the realtor must complete 90 hours of course work and complete 3 written exams.
Jeff Shapiro along with Jason Buccino, the Manager in our Colts Neck Office, have achieved the SFR Certification. This is the Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification. This is an important tool in our ongoing experience handling these difficult transactions.
Allen Rusca of our Ocean Grove office earned his Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) along with his Broker license.
Buccino along with Lori Emanuele also from Colts Neck earned their CNE which is the Certified Negotiator Expert certification. In addition Buccino also earned his ABR certification which stands for Accredited Buyers Representative.
Finally Darlene Cecich and Cindy Napp received their E-Pro designation. This certifies that these agents are well versed in the cutting edge technologies and digital initiatives that are relevant to today’s customers.
