Douglas D. Kerbs Celebrates Residential Sales for Entire Four Seasons Building

Posted by Amy Hill — December 17, 2012

1355780212Denver, CO– Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty Broker, Douglas D. Kerbs has managed to achieve what few brokers can in today’s market – sell 15% of a downtown residential building in less than a year. Kerbs was instrumental in the brokerage of twelve of the eighty-five select Four Seasons Private Residences, a downtown Denver high-rise which is currently sold to capacity.

To commemorate this achievement, Kerbs hosted a celebration Wednesday, December 5, 2012, announcing the building had sold in its entirety. The event took place in the Cottonwood Ballroom at the Four Seasons Hotel, co-hosted by First American Title Insurance and UMB Bank. Building residents, and key hotel and private residence staff were in attendance to toast their investments over signature cocktails and sumptuous fare.

“Purchasing a private residence at the Four Seasons is a sound, long-term investment for buyers,” says Douglas D. Kerbs, Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty Broker.

1355780232Towering above 14th Street, the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences stand as a 45-story landmark, situated in the heart of Denver’s bustling theatre district. A service-rich lifestyle is now the standard of everyday living for a distinguished few who were able to secure their dream home in the coveted high-rise.

“Not only is the building comprised of mostly primary residences, but many of the building’s projects were commissioned as second homes. The future potential of the building is infinite as the Four Seasons continues to remain a vital player in downtown luxury real estate” says Kerbs.

Next spring, buyers can expect to see one extraordinary unit hit the market under Kerbs’ wing. An unidentified investor is said to be overseeing a custom remodel of one of the private residences half-floor estates for re-sale purposes next year.
