Alain Pinel Realtors (APR) is proud to announce the company’s Relocation Department has received the 2012 SIRVA supplier award for “Performance.” The award was announced at the SIRVA Supplier Reception at the Worldwide ERC Global Workforce Symposium in Washington D.C. earlier this year. SIRVA, Inc. is a leading worldwide provider of company relocation services and moving solutions, providing more than 300,000 relocations per year to companies, government employees, and individual consumers.
APR received the honor for exceeding all performance Service Level Agreements, demonstrated by its ability to sell SIRVA transfer properties for the best possible price in the shortest amount of time.

Criteria for the award is based on the stringent performance goals of SIRVA suppliers including a Broker Market Analysis (BMA) variance under 8.0%, a BMA turn-time under 48 hours, a Most Probably Selling Price (MPSP) vs. Original Listing Price (OLP) variance under 3.0%, less than 90 days average on market, and an amended rate over 85%. APR, serving once of the largest volume markets for SIRVA, exceeded these goals with a 4.0% BMA variance, 44 hour BMA turn-time, 1.9% MPSP vs. OLP variance, 60 days average on market and a 89% amended rate.
