His accomplished track record includes dozens of successful projects representing hundreds of home sales across a myriad of product types and price points – many consulted from initial land acquisition through entitlements, construction and unit closings.
Tony is a trusted opinion leader on market research, product design, development underwriting, construction and pricing. He balances analytical acumen with signature interpersonal skills that has set the standard for the sales teams he leads. Born and raised in Seattle, Tony has a fundamental understanding of the Pacific Northwest and the varied market dynamics that shape the region.
