Belmont, MA – Tod Beaty and Davis Rowley, managers of Hammond Real Estate’s Belmont office located at 84 Leonard Street, recently announced that agent Elizabeth Hayes has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Elizabeth will draw on her real estate background to assist her client sellers and buyers in successful real estate transactions.
Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree in French from Indiana University, and she went on to receive a J.D. in Law from the Indiana University School of Law. She lived in both Paris and Strasbourg France, where she further honed her fluency in French. Elizabeth has lived in the Boston area since 1996, and she and her husband currently reside in Arlington. During her free time, she enjoys browsing antique shops and flea markets, as well as visiting historic homes and gardens.
For five years, she served as an assistant district attorney in Boston. Since 2006, she has focused exclusively on the sales and marketing of residential properties as a real estate agent. Elizabeth brings a great deal of professional and personal experience to every transaction she is involved with. She particularly enjoys helping her clients envision how they may bring out the best in the homes they are contemplating selling through staging and renovation.
