Hingham, MA – Jeff Forsythe, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Hingham office, recently announced that new agent Alice Burns Russell has affiliated with Hammond. In her new role, Alice will assist client sellers and buyers from Hammond’s Hingham office at 15 Leavitt Street.
Alice was born and raised in Winchester, Massachusetts. She moved to Hingham eighteen years ago, where she and her husband raised their two daughters. Alice is an active member of the community, and also a member of the Hingham Yacht Club, where she served on the executive board. She regularly conducts therapeutic visits with her sheltie through the Dog Bones organization.
Alice became interested in real estate at a young age, where she was involved with the family owned real estate business, Burns Associates in Winchester. She then spent several years as an agent at Realty World in Winchester. In 1993, working as an office manager, and a real estate appraiser, Alice and her husband founded Bostonian Appraisal, which continues to operate as a successful business. In addition, she has purchased, renovated and sold nine homes all of which she designed and coordinated each project.
Alice has recently joined the Sales Team at Hammond Residential Real Estate, and is excited to resume her Real Estate career. As a Hammond agent, Alice looks forward to assisting her client sellers and buyers in achieving their real estate goals.
