Alvaro Oritz joins 2Costa Rica Real Estate's Escazu Office

13524012062 Costa Rica Real Estate is proud to welcome Alvaro Oritz to our professional team of agents. Alvaro joins our Escazu office and the finest group of professional leadership and real estate services in Central America, Karla Quevedo and Vitaly Balasanov, led by Todd Cutter.

Alvaro was born in El Salvador and lived there until age 11. He graduated from high school in San Jose and got his bachelor’s degree in 1992 in Business Administration and Marketing at Texas Wesleyan University while playing with the school’s golf team on scholarship. After graduation, Alvaro spent a few years traveling around Latin America as a member of the Tour de Las Americas professional golf tour. This tour opened doors and connections in many of the countries he visited. His personality and ability to create meaningful bonds with the people have allowed Alvaro to use his love of golf as a great tool for business and networking. Alvaro has represented Costa Rica in international golf competitions in 30 countries worldwide.

Alvaro’s wide network of contacts allows him to identify real estate opportunities at corporate, commercial, industrial, and residential levels. His hobbies include golf, aviation, sports, fitness, and good Japanese food!
