Heart-Warming Response of Donations for Sandy Relief

Posted by Judi A. Desiderio — November 7, 2012

1352321724In just 3 days the amount of donations from community members delivered to the East Hampton office of Town & Country alone has been heart-warming. Much needed cloths and dry goods, which have been pouring in, will be delivered to St. Johns Church in Southampton by Hampton Delivery Service, where it will be picked up by B&N Moving & Storage and delivered to the Breezy Hill Fire Department.

Other donations, such as hand tools, cleaning supplies, rubber and work boots, rope, chains, duct tape, have also been collected at Town & Country to go to the Breezy Point Fire Department via Whitmore’s Landscaping. Just yesterday, Dylan’s Candy Bar hauled boxes of “sweets” over to our East Hampton office to be added to the Breezy Point donations.

We want to thank our terrific community members for their generosity and contributing to the Sandy recovery efforts.
