1352310516Cupertino, CA - Intero Franchise Services Inc., a company affiliated with Intero Real Estate, Inc. (“Intero”), voted best real estate company in Silicon Valley for 2011 and 2012 by readers of the San Jose Mercury News, announced today that they have opened an Intero Office in Placerville, a branch of the Intero Folsom Lake office that opened its doors just last year.

Headed by Tommee Briggs and Kathy Withrow, two stellar agents with over 20 years of combined real estate experience, Intero Placerville will cater to the various communities located in El Dorado County. “These agents bring an amazing amount of area expertise to our growing presence in Northern California,” states David Bicknell, owner of Intero Folsom Lake. “Both are El Dorado County residents and have proven they provide the great customer service for which Intero is widely known.”

Intero Placerville is a natural expansion to our current 4 offices in the area,” says Intero President and CEO, Gino Blefari, of the office opening. “I’m confident David [Bicknell] will repeat the success that we have with our Folsom Lake office.”

Intero Placerville marks the 5th office to open in the tri county area in the last 15 months.
