Anne earned her real estate license in 1985, totaling more than twenty seven years of handling real estate transactions before joining Gloria Nilson REALTORS®. Beyond the National Association of Realtors, Anne is also affiliated with the NJ Association of Realtors at the Mercer County and Middlesex Board of Realtors. She is a graduate from Montclair State University and has been married for forty-seven years to Bill Kearns. She has three children and seven grandchildren.
At Gloria Nilson REALTORS®, Beth brings years of various field experiences, from marketing to athletics. Beth has ten years of experience working at top national magazines in New York City, including Redbook, Hearst Corporate, American HomeStyle and Fitness Magazine. She is currently a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors, the Mercer County Association of Realtors and is the PTO co-president at the Lawrenceville Elementary School. She is a volunteer soccer coach for the Lawrence Hamnett Soccer Association, a supporter of the NJTL of Trenton, and a Local Rally/Volley for the Cure Ambassador/Co-Chair, for Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Previously she was a board member and president of St. Matthew’s Little Leisure Pre-School in Pennington, N.J. Beth is married to Bill Kearns Jr. and has two children.
