SIMI VALLEY, CA – Describing her as “one of the hardest working agents at Troop Real Estate, Inc.,” company President Brian Troop announces that Debbie Gates in the Simi Valley office has been honored with a “Platinum Award” for 2012 production symbolizing the “elite of the elite” agents at the firm.
Troop said the platinum award was created as a special recognition for the upper level of our company’s top producers. He explained that this represents agents generating approximately $16 million or more in closed production during the year.
“This is a special recognition of appreciation not only for an elite group of brokers in our company, but agents that are at the top tier nationwide,” Troop said. He said “Platinum Award” honorees receive additional benefits associated with Troop’s annual top producers trip to Maui. They also receive ongoing individual training from either Brian or Vice President/General Manager Laura Lee Anthony.

In receiving the “Platinum Award”, Gates explained that while she doesn’t strive for awards and accolades, “these recognitions come naturally when you treat each client individually.
