Washington Fine Properties Announces Three New Industry Leaders

1350319444Washington, DC - Washington Fine Properties is pleased to announce three new Industry Leaders, Annabel Burch, Lee Murphy, and Lynne Tucker have joined their firm.

Annabel Burch began her career in sales and marketing after graduating from the University of Maryland, and then spent 5 years with a local advertising agency that specialized in residential and commercial real estate. Subsequently, she enjoyed a very successful 14 year career in radio advertising sales before redirecting her career to residential real estate, joining Coldwell Banker’s office in Bethesda, Maryland, where she has been for the last seven plus years.

Lee Murphy, a native sixth generation Texan who has studied Arabic, French, Spanish, Chinese and German in her pursuit of International and Middle Eastern Studies at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, moved to DC in the late 1990’s and worked on Capitol Hill for various politicians and members of Congress in a variety of communications roles. In 2002 she decided to redirect her career to real estate, joining Coldwell Banker’s office on Capitol Hill, where she has been for the last 10 years. Lee will also be joined by her assistant Paul Sloane.

Lynne Tucker began her career in the technology sector. After graduating from college she joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a Programmer, and then over the next eight years held various sales support management positions. Entrepreneurial by nature, Lynne next founded her own company, Holistic Bodywork Therapies, which she ran for a number of years before deciding to pursue a career in real estate with Coldwell Banker Bethesda in 2007.
