Winchester, MA – October 1, 2012 – Kurt Meehan, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Winchester office, located at 552 Main Street, is pleased to announce the addition of agent Charlotte Richardson to the Winchester team. In her new position, Richardson will be representing buyers and sellers from Hammond’s Winchester office.
Richardson, a Providence College graduate, previously worked in event and trade show marketing management, where she developed her skills in negotiations, budget management, and organization. A long-time Winchester resident with a strong connection to the community, Richardson spent the past five years working for The Winchester Star, where she was a writer and freelance photographer who produced stories that resonated with Winchester inhabitants. She and her husband have two daughters enrolled in Winchester Public Schools, and she has been a member of the Winchester Home and Garden Club for twelve years. Richardson currently serves as Vice President and Chairperson of the Annual Holiday and Spring Luncheons.
Richardson is eager to assist her client sellers and buyers in negotiating smooth, well-organized, successful transactions.
