September, 2012 - Chicagoland Real Estate Brokerage Koenig & Strey Real Living has launched the Koenig & Strey Veterans to Realtors® Program, which will provide financial assistance, training and managerial support in order to help interested and qualified veterans become successful real estate professionals. To date, this is the first program of its kind in the Chicagoland market.
The Koenig & Strey Veterans to Realtors® Program will assist veterans trying to reenter the workforce by covering the cost of real estate school, State of Illinois licensing fees, MLS fees, National Association of Realtors dues, insurance, Continuing Education and other costs of getting established in the business. This can approach $4,000 for an average real estate agent. The program will also provide training support through our renowned in-house Agent Development program, and coaching from an experienced manager and veteran to help guide new Realtors to success.
