Ann Spellman was previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker and has been selling Southwest Florida real estate since 2002. Her specialty is new and resale homes and condos in communities from Fort Myers to Naples. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative, member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, Bonita Springs Estero Board of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Associations.
Ann’s primary focus is to assist buyers and sellers successfully achieve their real estate goals and enjoy every step of the way.
