With a strong background in customer service training, Jayna Raye practices what she preaches and is known for giving 110% to her clients, co-workers and family. There are many reasons why Raye continues to succeed in her career yet it’s probably her tenacious charge to “never give up” that keeps her ahead of the rest. Add to that one of the most positive attitudes one can have in the business and you have one well-rounded professional to help home buyers or sellers achieve their real estate goals. “I have always believed that if you work hard and persevere you will achieve your goals,” says Raye who applies this attitude to her professional as well as personal life. When there’s quiet time, it’s not uncommon to find Raye enjoying the great outdoors with her family or composing a new poem or song to share with her guitar by her side. With a personal belief that “the most important gift one can give to each other is our time,” Raye is ready to enthusiastically help clients with their real estate needs through Chase International’s South Lake Tahoe office.
Joya Machabee is new to Chase International’s Reno office where she thrives on the opportunity to please her clients throughout each step of the transaction and beyond. “I am fully focused on making my clients’ home buying or selling experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible” notes Machabee. As one who lives within a military environment, she has an innermost appreciation of the challenges that come with moving from one location to another. It is because of this experience that Machabee strives to not only meet, yet exceed, her clients’ expectations. One of the greatest assets Machabee brings to the real estate business is her ability to infiltrate her unreserved enthusiasm about the region into the intricacies of finding the right solution for her clients throughout Northern Nevada. With a mantra to ‘take one day at a time’ Machabee fills her life with a busy career as a Realtor® and inventor of the popular and patented Kiddie Kangaroo children’s travel accessory which she sells around the world.
Cindy Zamboni-Toni’s profound ability to make buying or selling a home appear seamless comes from her years of working with a diverse group of individuals from all walks of life. No matter what the challenge, she takes the time to listen to her clients’ needs and find the right solution. “I am accomplished in internet marketing and know where and how to advertise or find a home on-line … or in my backyard.” Zamboni-Toni is a Reno native who understands the market better than most. True to her personality, she balances a busy career with a very active family life. Be it caring for sheltered animals, helping the homeless, or heading out to her cabin for long days of family fun, Zamboni-Toni is a ‘go-getter’ in endless ways and can be contacted through Chase International’s Reno office.
