1346342669Surterre Properties® is pleased to announce the addition of Alexandria Bonilla to their Monarch Beach office.

A current resident of Dana Point’s Lantern Village, Alexandria grew up in Newport Beach, attending Corona del Mar High School before pursuing higher education at Loyola Marymount University and Cal State Fullerton – where she earned her business degree with an emphasis in real estate.

Having grown up in a family of savvy real estate professionals, making a career of helping clients buy and sell property was only natural. With a lifelong passion for the area plus a few years of solid experience under her belt, Alexandria is quickly making a name for herself as one of the local industry’s most trusted up-and-comers.

“For years as a teenager, I always worked with my father assisting him in his real estate investments, pulling tax reports and analyzing the numbers to determine whether the flip was a worthwhile undertaking,” she reflected. “Getting my broker’s license and entering the industry was a no-brainer.”

1346342712Alexandria’s lifelong involvement with the process of buying and selling homes has given her an invaluable and highly discerning perspective on the ins and outs of the transaction. She believes that the process of buying or selling a home should be a first-class experience. That’s why she remains committed to the needs and concerns of her clients, delivering outstanding service throughout each of her endeavors.

“All my clients have commented on the speed of service as well as my willingness to go above and beyond their expectations,” she said.

With the many amenities and resources available at Surterre Properties, Alexandria is in the ultimate position to further her success in the real estate industry — and even more importantly, to further the success of her valued clientele. A leading, full-service real estate firm in Southern California, Surterre promises a new standard when it comes to effective property exposure thanks to their award-winning in-house advertising studio. What’s more, the organization boasts a unique company culture in which teamwork among all agents is strongly encouraged. This ensures the utmost not only when it comes to outstanding service, but when it comes to opportunity and results.

“Surterre has the entire marketing team in place, which allows me to focus my time and effort on giving my clients the level of service they deserve — all while confidently assuring them that nowhere else could they market their home to a greater advantage,” Alexandria stated.
