Luxury homes are typically something separate and apart from a typical residence, and as such, listings for those properties are best handled by those who understand the luxury home market best.

Following quickly on the heels of the New Jersey real estate brokerage’s recent affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, Gloria Nilson REALTORS is making clear its intention to dominate the luxury home market in the Garden State.

The Elegant Homes International division of Gloria Nilson REALTORS focuses on properties listed at $850,000 and higher and offers additional marketing services. Those services include exposure in high-end, international real estate publications such as Own Magazine, Dupont Registry, Exceptional Properties and Luxury Real Estate Magazine, as well as chic regional publications that highlight elegant properties. Sales associates working with the Elegant Homes International division are provided with custom-made marketing pieces such as property fliers, direct mail pieces, brochures and property-specific business cards that take advantage of professional photography and copywriting services.

Under the Christie’s International Real Estate affiliation, Gloria Nilson REALTORS properties in Mercer, South Hunterdon, South Middlesex and Princeton that are valued at $1 million and above are featured in Christie’s International Real Estate Magazine which reaches a global audience. These homes are also advertised through Christie’s auction house, included in brochures that are distributed to 120 Christie’s affiliates with 1,100 offices in 41 countries, and featured on the Christie’s International Real Estate website. In addition, for clients seeking the utmost discretion in their real estate transaction, Christie’s offers its Bespoke Marketing Program. The Bespoke program features a customized plan to market properties of clients seeking privacy – and even complete anonymity - will receive exposure to Christie’s auction house clientele. Home finery, including furniture, antiques, art and more can also be sold through Christie’s auction house at the homeowner’s request.
