Staci Caplan of Sterling Properties Honored in Santa Barbara

Sterling Properties & Estates extends its warmest congratulations to Staci Caplan (Broker, IRES, SRES, GREEN, and co-owner of Sterling Properties & Estates) who was honored as runner-up for Best Realtor in the Santa Barbara News Press’ 2012 Readers’ Choice Awards!
Upon receiving the reward, Staci responded, “I was surprised and deeply honored to have been voted as the runner-up to a Realtor who has been in the business for over 40 years for “Santa Barbara’s Best REALTOR 2012.” I appreciate this so very much! It is my pleasure to serve individuals and families with housing and investment needs, as well as to serve our industry both locally and at the state level at the California Association of REALTORS.”
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Staci’s passion for this special region translates into successful real estate transactions and thrilled clients. In addition to her expert contractual knowledge, negotiating skills, and dedication, clients enjoy her direct style of communication and quick response time. She always makes sure her clients understand the process of buying or selling in today’s market, whether they are first-time buyers or savvy investors.
As a real estate professional, Staci always has her finger on the pulse of the market. She is generous about contributing her time and energy for the betterment of the industry, currently serving at the California Association of REALTORS (CAR) as a member of the Land Use and Environmental Committee, the Legislative Committee, and also as a member of the Standard Forms Advisory Committee and has previously served on CAR’s Executive Committee, on the Green Task Force, and as an Issues Chair for Private Property Rights. She is also a Political Survival contributor and often speaks to our legislators as a CAR Director during Legislative Day in Sacramento. Having earned NAR’s GREEN designation, she is a member of the Green Resource Council. Locally, she is serving in her fourth year on the Board of Directors at the Santa Barbara Associations of REALTORS.
