1338853373Joe Francis was previously affiliated with Prudential. Born and raised in Minnesota, Joe has been a regular to Cape Coral since the 70’s traveling with his parents as they found this area to be a retirement paradise. An entrepreneur at heart, Joe has owned gas stations, liquor stores, a grocery store and other commercial properties in the western suburbs of Minneapolis.

After moving to Tarpon Point Marina, Joe was asked to serve on the board of Tarpon Landings. Then, encouraged by many friends that could see his interest in real estate, he became a realtor. His knowledge of Tarpon Point and other waterfront properties has helped Joe become one of the top producers in his community.

1338853392Ginny Nobbe is originally from MI, and has lived in Texas, Indiana, Ohio, and relocated to Florida in 2004. Her background is IT, which makes her a great asset to the team for finding homes on the market for our buyers and providing maximum exposure for listing our sellers. Once in Florida, Ginny moved into real estate and has never looked back. She enjoys helping her customers find the perfect home to realize their dreams. Ginny will soon have completed her GRI designation and specializes in Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero markets.

1338853410Heather Wightman is a native Floridian since 1977 and has been a Realtor since 1993. She has acquired an expertise in real estate from Marco to Ft. Myers, sea to tee!! Heather’s real estate career started out in the administration department of a Pelican Bay Developer, Gulf Bay Development and continued for several years helping in the development of communities from Naples to Fort Myers. In 2008, she joined the general real estate market and continues today, serving customers in Collier and Lee counties.

Cindy comes from the pharmaceutical sales industry, which gives her a great understanding on achieving her customers' needs. Cindy believes that caring and listening to her clients is the key to her success.

1338853446Ryan Steinberg: Growing up in Cape Coral has given Ryan extensive experience in Southwest Florida. Thanks to his family's residential construction business, he spent a great deal of his childhood in model homes, staring at floor plans, hanging out on job sites and later becoming an assistant carpenter for the construction crew. He earned his real estate license in 2003 and in 2010, he took everything he knows about real estate, sales, marketing and technology to open a small business that helps other real estate agents promote and manage their business. Ryan's vast local knowledge about Southwest Florida and his aptitude with constantly changing technologies makes him a great resource for anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.
