NAPLES — Expanding with 5 new locations in Lee and Collier counties in the past year, Royal Shell Real Estate is enjoying a robust increase in listing and sales.
In the Naples community of Mediterra, Royal Shell dominated closed sales with 36.3% by listing broker in the first quarter.
In addition, the community as a whole had a tremendous March and April with 26 closed sales compared to 12 the prior year in the same time frame.
“Everything this company does is first-class, the Royal Shell name is now known around town and we are starting to see the results from the expansion and an increase in buyer confidence,” states James Nulf, an agent with Royal Shell when asked what he attributed the increase in sales in Mediterra.
