She started in real estate in 1981 and has also been licensed in Oregon, Hawaii and California, where she also practiced real estate law. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science from UC Davis, is a member of the California State Bar Association and holds an Arizona Secondary Teaching Certificate. She is married with 3 children.
