VENTURA, CA – Karen Campbell, a multi-million dollar producing real estate agent, successful realty firm owner, and industry leader in Ventura County for over 20 years, has joined Troop Real Estate’s Ventura office as Sales Manager, announces Bob Harrison, West County Regional Manager for Troop.
Campbell comes to Troop after having served as co-owner, manager of sales and operations, and master negotiator of sales contracts for a franchised real estate firm in Ventura where she was the top sales agent. At Troop’s Ventura office, she will oversee a sales force of 33 agents.

During her career, Campbell has provided education training and recruitment of new agents, coordinated sales meetings, presentations and award banquets, served as corporate relocation director, developed marketing materials, and fostered professional relationships with public and private organizations.
In addition to receiving numerous production awards during her career, Campbell accents an impressive list of service achievements on behalf of her profession and community.
Among her professional designations are Certified HAFA Specialist-HAFA, Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource Certified-SFR, Certified Negotiation Expert-CNE, Certified Property Manager-CPM, and Senior Residential Specialist-SRES Relocation Director.
She is a long-time member and past president of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors, “Realtor of the Year” for the VCCAR, member and director, California Association of Realtors, director, National Association of Realtors, CAR Leadership Team member, MLS Chair, and Professional Standard Committee-VCCAR. She also established the Cultural Diversity Committee for VCCAR.

Long active in community affairs, Campbell served as director of Project Understanding, helped provide transitional housing in Oxnard through a Charitable Remainder Trust, volunteer for Food Share, co-founder, Seconds Please, and Bread Coordinator for Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley as part of Panera Bread’s Dough Nation Program.
