1332191757(RENO, Nev.) , March 18, 2012 --- Debra Spenella, Cindy Phillips and Sheryl Evdokimo have selected Chase International as their new home base for real estate sales. All three women are long time residents of the area.

Debra Spenella

1332191808There is a charismatic energy that surrounds Debra Spenella that just makes you want to have her by your side. Combine that enthusiasm with over 20 years of experience in real estate, home design and construction and you have one truly dynamic Realtor who cares about her clients’ home from the inside, out. “My quest to find just the right home for my clients, at the right price just seems to come naturally to me; I look out for them in every direction whether they are buying, selling or seeking advice,” said Spenella. Her ability to absorb a concept, find a quick solution and deliver the message in a cool and calm manner are key traits that have fueled her success. Spenella is an achiever in her personal life as well as the owner of Burger Me! restaurants and volunteer educator in the schools where she preaches the value of living a healthy life.

Cindy Phillips

1332191827When Cindy Phillips’ clients know what they are looking for, Phillips will find it. Ask anyone that she has worked with over the years and they will tell you that Phillips’ ‘go-getter’ attitude is one big benefit that she offers to home buyers and sellers throughout Northern Nevada. “It is my mission to fulfill my clients’ needs … and know that my clients know they made a great decision,” Phillips noted. Driven to succeed on everyone’s best behalf, she brings a no-nonsense attitude to the business. In addition, her background in administration allows her to comfortably handle all of the logistics involved in completing a real estate transaction.

Sheryl Evdokimo

With this experience, Evdokimo has learned to evaluate the consequences at hand to find the right solution for all involved. “I’m not content until my clients are 100% satisfied with the end result," she said. In addition to her insistence on perfection, Evdokimo is a stickler with numbers and thoroughly enjoys the field of finance. When you combine her economic interests with her attention to detail, Evdokimo is an excellent resource in the Reno real estate market. And, as a 30 year resident and former president of a local Parent Teacher Association, she certainly knows the region well.
