At the beginning of 2011, ERA Insite committed to make a donation for each closed sales transaction during the year. Lou & Debra Budetti, brokers/owners of ERA Insite Realty, recently presented the fourth quarter donation check to Lisa Buck, Executive Director of The Bridge Fund, at ERA’s Bronxville office.
The Bridge Fund of Westchester is a privately funded organization that prevents homelessness among the working poor by offering counseling, food, and small loans to keep residents in their existing homes as they overcome short-term crises that threaten their housing. As a result of their efforts, 90% of their cases achieve long-term success. “ERA Insite Realty’s long-term commitment throughout the year allowed us to assist additional families struggling to remain in their homes during these particularly difficult economic times,” stated Ms. Buck. “They have been a great partner, supporting us in our mission financially, and also connecting us with other local businesses who are now offering assistance.
