DENVER – Kentwood Real Estate, Colorado’s Premier Real Estate Company, has announced its top individual broker and real estate team production honors for 2011.
Gina Lorenzen, a leading Broker Associate at The Kentwood Company in the Denver Tech Center, was recognized as the company’s number one individual, while Kevin Garrett and Matthew McNeill of Kentwood City Properties in downtown Denver, achieved top team honors.
During Lorenzen’s 26 years in the real estate business, she has developed her clients’ trust through committed relationships, a sincere concern for their investment, and her determination to negotiate the best deal. During her distinguished career, Lorenzen has achieved top sales honors from the Denver Board of Realtors and has ranked among the upper echelon of all Denver area Realtors for over 10 consecutive years and as one of the top two Realtors in 2005. She is also a Certified Christie’s International Real Estate agent.
A Denver native, Garrett attended the University of Colorado and resides in Denver’s Belcaro neighborhood. He has implemented several well-known developments throughout several Denver neighborhoods, including LoDo, Cherry Creek, and the Golden Triangle. Garrett is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and has served on the organization’s Ethics Committee and as Chairman. His more than 20 years of experience in the real estate business is complimented by his enthusiasm for design, vast knowledge of the metro Denver market, and great appreciation for Denver’s diversity and history.
McNeill’s background includes residential development and he is particularly knowledgeable about Denver’s most charming, historical, and eclectic neighborhoods. He earned his degree in Real Estate and Construction from the University of Denver and has integrated that knowledge within his real estate business. McNeill is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and is philanthropically involved with numerous local and national organizations. He is also an avid traveler and adventurer.
