Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Names Top Producers of 2011

1330042309Santa Rosa, CA – February 10, 2012 – Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate has named its top producers for 2011 at a luncheon at the Oakmont Golf Club last Friday, February 3rd which was attended by all of the sales agents, managers and staff from throughout their nine offices. Keynote speaker, Robert Eyler, PhD from Sonoma State also attended and spoke about the economy, particularly as it relates to the local Wine Country real estate market.

The top honors were given to agents within the organization who were top producers based on either dollar volume, units closed or number of listings.

For the entire Wine Country Group, Sheila Deignan of the Sonoma office was awarded the sales agent with the highest Dollar Volume and Units Closed.

Units Closed, Team went to Larry Tristano and Charles Himes from the Santa Rosa office.

The award for Listings went to Lori Sacco from the Sebastopol office and the team of Jane and Ron Pavelka from Healdsburg.

The Healdsburg office awards went to Diandra Grohmann for Dollar Volume. Penelope La Montagne and Susan Montgomery tied for Units Closed, Individual and Jane and Ron Pavelka for Units Closed and Listings, Team. Listings, Individual went to Ann Amtower.

The Napa office awarded Lark Raymond with Dollar Volume and Units Closed.

The Petaluma office awarded Sharon Vallejo for Dollar Volume and Listings. John O’Keefe was awarded for Units Closed.

The Santa Rosa office awarded Larry Tristiano for Dollar Volume, Units Closed and Listings with Charles Himes. Coralee Barkela was awarded Listings, Individual.

The Sebastopol office awarded Lori Sacco with Dollar Volume, Units Closed and Listings.

The Sonoma office awarded Sheila Deignan with Dollar Volume, Units Closed and Listings.

The St. Helena office awarded Linda Alioto with Dollar Volume, Units Closed and Listings.

The Office of the Year was given to the Sebastopol office, which sold more homes than any other office in the Wine Country Group in 2011. The office is led by manager, Timothy Hedges. According to Ed Krafchow, CEO, of Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie, “Timothy is a very committed individual. Vera Bulcke, Office Administrator in the Sebastopol office was recognized as Wine Country Group ‘Employee of the Year’.
