Lake Norman Realty Sees Positive Growth in a Difficult Market Thanks To Stellar Team

LAKE NORMAN, NC: Lake Norman Realty finished 2011 with a 45.3% increase in sales volume over 2010. The company also posted an increase in sales units by 46.8%. “When compared to the average market growth of less than 3%, you can see why we’re excited,” stated Abigail Jennings, President of Lake Norman Realty.
At the company’s annual meeting in January, Jennings shared the company’s positive trends, and recognized the great efforts of the Lake Norman Realty team. The company as a whole earned a 95.5% customer satisfaction rating from clients in 2011. Associates recognized for their outstanding efforts in 2011 were:
