1328202519The 6th Annual Luxury Real Estate International Conference was recently held Wednesday, January 25th to Friday, January 27th, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence, Italy.

The conference was hosted by John Brian Losh, Chairman/Publisher of LuxuryRealEstate.com (Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate), a membership-driven world-wide luxury brokerage assemblage. The network includes the most prominent global luxury brokers and meets three times each year, nationally and internationally, to discuss current real estate trends.

The conference in Florence covered multiple topics of great interest to those who serve the high net-worth demographic. Discussions focused on what strategies are most effective in the current world economy, ways to build business and establish connections in international markets and using social media tools to impact your business. Featured speaker Elaine Ruffolo delivered a speech about renaissance art history and its roots in Florence, with respect to real estate and the development of business systems.

Social events were held at local restaurants where attendees enjoyed Italian culture and cuisine. Peter Kempf International hosted a reception at the Palazzo Tornabuoni followed by a tour of the property which boasts original frescos and unique historic detail. Guests stayed and attended meetings at the Four Seasons, Florence which is known for its rich architectural history and acres of private gardens. The Board of Regents, the governing body of Luxury Real Estate, also met during this conference.

Several attendees followed the conference with networking events in Verona and many continued on to participate in the Luxury Real Estate European Ski Trip in the Dolomites.
