CGR is one of the Yampa Valley’s premier real estate companies, and, once a year internally recognizes its brokers with three different awards.

This year’s Rising Star is Martin Dragnev, an award given to a broker or brokers who are new to CGR. Dragnev joined CGR in 2008. “As a broker who got into this business in a recessive market, Martin is now reaping the benefits of his patience and ability to listen and learn from the brokers around him whose advice he has sought over the past few years,” noted Mike Autrey, CGR Board Member.

The Top Producer award was presented to Nick Metzler. “The firm is fortunate to have a guy like Nick on board,” said Autrey of Metzler, adding “not only for the contribution he makes as a top-producing agent, but as an agent that sets the standard for teamwork and client relations.”

The Broker of the Year award went to two deserving individuals; Chris Paoli and Shelley Stanford. The honor is bestowed upon those who make superior contributions of his/her time, energy and efforts. “You cannot find two more committed individuals to the real estate trade than Shelley and Chris,” said Autrey of Stanford and Paoli. “Shelley dedicates numerous volunteer hours within the company, as a Colorado Group Realty Board member for example, and in the community; Chris’ dedication, energy and long hours are notable contributions to the firm’s top standing in the community.”
