William Raveis Expands Presence in Existing Wellesley and Lexington Storefronts

In addition to the company’s recent announcements this summer regarding new Boston storefront locations in Back Bay and South End and its recent expansion into Provincetown, William Raveis continues to elevate its standing in the Massachusetts communities it services by expanding in two already well-established markets. The company’s Wellesley and Lexington offices have been renovated to further increase exposure, offering the most prominent locations of any competing real estate company in either town.
“We believe that the Wellesley and Lexington expansions reinforce our commitment to the local communities we serve and demonstrates our willingness to reinvest in order to continue our aggressive growth plan,” said Chris Raveis, Executive Vice President and Managing Partner of William Raveis Massachusetts. “Equally important in establishing these new storefronts is to provide significant awareness of the William Raveis brand in local communities, as well as provide our sales associates with a comfortable, tech-savvy work environment that is unparalleled.”
The Wellesley office has been moved to what was the former Ann Taylor space in the heart of town, 73 Central Street. The Lexington office has been expanded at prominent 1713 Massachusetts Avenue with significantly larger window space that will be used for property showcasing. Both of these locations offer William Raveis more street frontage than any other real estate firm in these prime areas of each town.
“We’re uniquely positioned to take advantage of a northeast marketing strategy so buyers from Westchester, Fairfield, New York and surrounding areas can take advantage of our footprint across six states,” said Chris. He is referring not only to the visibility offered by the newly expanded locations, but a culture of success in the company that enables sales associates to best service clients. William Raveis has been awarded for this unparalleled culture by several prominent real estate and business organizations. In 2011 alone, William Raveis was named “The Best Residential Real Estate Firm” in Massachusetts according to Banker & Tradesman and as a “Top Workplace” by The Boston Business Journal.
