Randy Benefield Appointed Branch Manager of Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate

1319492931Santa Rosa, CA – October 19, 2011 – Randy Benefield, formerly broker owner of Benefield Realty in Petaluma, has joined the Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate as branch manager of the Petaluma office, it was announced today.

Benefield is merging his operations with Wine Country Group. “I am thrilled to join Wine Country Group and look forward to receiving the tremendous support that this company provides to their agents. Wine Country Group represents a boutique real estate experience for agents and clients, and with technology and marketing tools that are ahead of the game,” said Benefield.

Lynda Jensen, manager of the Napa and St. Helena offices, will continue to provide support to agents in the Petaluma area.

“Randy is an excellent addition to our leadership team here in the wine country,” said Dougan Jones, managing partner. “He is a seasoned broker who has led and mentored agents for many years. Randy will continue to grow and expand our presence in the Petaluma market.”

Benefield is known in Petaluma as a community leader. He is past president of the Petaluma Sunrise Rotary, and served on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Petaluma.

Since February of this year, Wine Country Group has grown to 11 offices and 230 agents.

In February of this year, seven offices with the former wine country offices of Frank Howard Allen merged with the Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. And in June, Frank Howard Allen Sebastopol merged its office with the Sebastopol office of the Wine Country Group by Better Homes and Gardens.
