The property was listed by Lila Delman Real Estate REALTOR® associate Cynthia Moretti. This is the highest sale in Rhode Island this year. Year to date there have been five sales in the state of Rhode Island over $4,000,000; Lila Delman Real Estate has participated in 4 of the top 5 sales, making this the fifth year in a row LDRE has achieved the highest sale in the state.
