Royal Shell Real Estate Welcomes Kay Mullins

Posted by Michael Polly — August 26, 2011

1314397680Moving to Sanibel Island was a lifelong dream for Kay Mullins and her husband, Bill. In 1991, their dream became their reality as they were finally able to truly embrace the lifestyle for which Sanibel and Captiva have become so well known. Since then, the lifestyle and the islands’ shell lined, white sand beaches, year round golfing, unparalleled boating, fishing, and island hopping, has been the glue that has kept them here over the years.

As a previous real estate broker and multimillion dollar producer in Tennessee, it has been the journey from representing four major developers in Brentwood and Nashville and opening the first Better Homes & Gardens franchise in Brentwood to the last fifteen years as a realtor in Sanibel and Captiva which has allowed her to capitalize on her background and expertise. Today, being a professional realtor of the islands comes as naturally to Kay as her loyalty and love of the area.

Kay’s number one goal as a realtor is to help clients achieve their own dreams and she expresses no higher honor than being a part of the journey that makes her clients’ dreams a reality.

Like Kay, Royal Shell Real Estate, Inc. is honored to be part of Kay’s journey as she continues on her way to success and achieving her goals.
