Real Living Inc, the nation’s fourth-largest residential real estate firm, has been named one of nine finalists for a prestigious Inman Innovator Award for Web service. The annual Inman Innovator Awards, sponsored by Inman News, a leading news service dedicated to coverage of the real estate industry, recognizes companies that use technology and innovation to enhance the real estate transaction for consumers and real estate professionals. In addition to Most Innovative Web Service, other award categories include: Most Innovative Brokerage, which Real Living won in 2005; Most Innovative New Business Model; Most Innovative Real Estate Blog; Most Innovative Real Estate Data Site; Most Innovative Technology; Most Innovative Mortgage Company or Service; Most Innovative Media Site; and Most Innovative Rental/New Home Online Service. Winners will be announced at the annual Real Estate Connect SF technology conference, July 26-28, 2006, in San Francisco. The annual trade show is the real estate industry’s premiere networking, information and technology conference, attracting more than 1,000 industry professionals. “We are honored once again to be nominated for an Inman Innovator Award.
