Bob Pedler Real Estate will launch a new era for the company on June 23rd, 2011 when they move to their new location at 280 Edinborough Street.
Masotti Construction has designed a brand new, modern office and are currently adding the finishing touches to this complete renovation to create the Pedler facility. The location was selected because of its ease of access to nearby Howard Ave, E.C. Rowe and Ouellette Ave.
Manager Greig Pedler (broker) says, “It was important to us to stay in the general South Windsor area, where Bob Pedler began selling in 1956. It’s part of our heritage. We are looking forward to this move to what will be a state-of-the-art facility, so that we can better service our customers.”
