For the second consecutive year, Sandra Tanco of Kinlin Grover Real Estate’s Harwich Port office has received the company’s top Chairman’s Guild Award for more than $46 million in residential sales during 2010.
She was among more than 75 sales professionals representing every office across Cape Cod who were honored last month for their combined sales volume of $461 million in 2010.
Tanco has been a top Realtor in the Harwich area for more than 23 years, and has lived in the community for 30 years, while specializing in waterfront and other luxury properties.
In addition to her most recent honor, Tanco has been recognized by Real Living as one of its top 100 producers nationwide. Kinlin Grover is an affiliate of Real Living, along with its parent company, Randall, Realtors.
Tanco ranks in the top 10 among all agents across Cape Cod and the islands.
She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Cape & Islands Board of Realtors and the MLS Pin Property Information Network. She holds professional designations as Residential Marketing Masters and Certified Buyer’s Agent.
