(May 2, 2011) Cold Spring Harbor, NY-- The top producing Cold Spring Harbor office of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, earned Residential Real Estate Office of the Year honors, Suffolk County, at the Long Island Business News 2011 Real Estate & Development Awards. The office was selected by the editors of Long Island Business News upon review of nomination statements and transaction statistics.
Daniel Gale Sotheby’s agents were also recognized for their roles in the largest residential real estate transactions of 2010 for both Nassau and Suffolk counties. Katherine (Katie) Cuddeback of DGSIR’s Locust Valley office was the selling agent for Nassau County’s largest residential transaction and Bonnie Williamson of DGSIR’s Huntington office was the listing agent for Suffolk County’s largest residential transaction.
