White Plains, NY (April 18, 2011) – ERA Insite Realty Services, a full-service residential real estate firm in White Plains, recently hosted a special ceremony at which they presented The Bridge Fund of Westchester with a generous contribution to directly assist county residents who are struggling to keep their homes. The donation check represented $25 from every first quarter home sale closed by ERA Insite Realty, who has committed to donate to The Bridge Fund of Westchester at the end of each quarter throughout the remainder of 2011.
In addition to their donation to The Bridge Fund, ERA Insite Realty Services recognized top-performing sales associates for their individual achievements in 2010. Awards included recognition for total volume. Silver Award Level was presented to Iwona Solinski, Carla Palacios, Susan Leone, Wendy Topper, Dana Topper, and Terry O’Grady. Gold Award Level winners were Lori Mastrangelo, Fred Palma, Raisa Yekimova, Sonia Velasco, Susanne Thiessen, and Michelle Prisco, and Diamond Award Level recipients were Rosemarie Smalheiser and Gail Silverstein. ERA Insite Realty also presented awards in recognition of number of sales units in 2010. Awards were presented to Melanie Patrick (Bronze), Isaac Guobadia (Silver), Michael D’onofrio (Gold), and Drew Slack (Diamond).
Lou Budetti, Co-founder and President of ERA Insite Realty Services, presented the awards with his wife, Debra Budetti, also a Founder and Principal Broker. “Our firm has found new ways to connect with our clients, which has led to continued success despite the struggling market,” said Lou. “Regardless of individual performance, each agent has contributed to the success of our team.” Some of ERA Insite Realty’s notable accomplishments this past year include being named a Top 100 ERA company for the tenth consecutive year, celebrating their 25th anniversary, and receiving their 8th national award for outstanding relocation services.
The Bridge Fund of Westchester is a privately funded organization that prevents homelessness among the working poor by offering financial counseling, food, and small loans and grants.
