Denise Cantafio, a member of the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, has joined Colorado Group Realty as a Broker Associate.
She moved to the Yampa Valley 35 years ago, and originally taught 2nd grade in Hayden. She earned a Masters in Education from Western State College while there. Denise owned her own retail store (Cantafio’s of Steamboat) in downtown Steamboat for 11 years before concentrating on real estate.
She has completed additional studies and is a Graduateof the Realtor Institute and is a certified GRI broker. In addition, she has received the certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR).
Denise and her husband, Ralph, have two grown daughters and two grandchildren, all living in Colorado.
