Robert McAdams Jr. Promoted to Chief Financial Officer for Real Living Inc. COLUMBUS, Ohio (May 17, 2006) – Real Living Inc., the fourth-largest residential real estate firm in the United States, announces the promotion of Robert McAdams Jr. to chief financial officer.

In his new position, he will be responsible for the company's finance, facilities and procurement functions. He will also lead the firm's strategic growth, overseeing mergers and acquisitions.

“Bob has done a wonderful job with our finance department, and we’re excited for his move to CFO,” said Harley E. Rouda Jr., Real Living CEO and managing partner.

Before joining Real Living in November 2002 as vice president of finance, McAdams managed various finance operation departments for Express, a division of Limited Brands. He also has extensive experience in process improvement, risk management and auditing for companies such as Bank One and Schneider Downs.
