Wells started his real estate career in 2005 and earned his Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. His experience covers all aspects of residential real estate including golf course communities, gated communities, waterfront properties, as well as low-rise and high-rise condominiums. Wells also offers his experience to clients in selling and listing Short Sale and Foreclosure properties.
Wells was recognized and awarded with the Gulfshore Life Magazine “Five Star Real Estate Award” in 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011. This is an award that only 7% of the areas real estate agents qualify for, and he is honored to be among those recognized.
Wells has also been recognized by the American Real Estate University as a “REO Specialist”, a designation which requires an intensive course of study and examination to complete. Fewer than one percent of all real estate licensees have earned this recognition.
Prior to his career in real estate, Wells had worked with UPS for 28 years, and retired early in 2000. His career at UPS allowed him to work in a variety of management positions throughout the company in such areas as Operations, Engineering, Human Resourses, Regulatory Compliance, and more. After relocating to Florida in 2004, he started his career in Real Estate in 2005 so he could use his experience in working with people and outside agencies to help others in buying or selling their homes.
