Patricia Butrim was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and although she still holds firm to being a true Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Patricia cannot imagine calling any other place other than Southwest Florida, home. She has been a resident of Lee County since 1976 and has watched Lee and Collier County drastically change over the years into the wonderful place it is today.
After working for the Department of Revenue and retiring after 31 years, Patricia found herself in the middle of another big change as she shopped for a new home. Her experience working with different agents left her frustrated enough that she felt there was a need for hard working, honest, loyal, dependable and trustworthy professionals in real estate. Knowing she possessed these qualities, Patricia felt convicted to become a realtor to initiate a change and protect others from sharing her story. Because of those deep rooted qualities, she now helps other people that may be at the same point in their lives that she once was to create a positive experience opposite of her own experience with frustrating, unprofessional and inefficient realtors.
Patricia has a zeal for helping people achieve their goal of making their dream home a reality. She goes above and beyond to maintain a high standard of professionalism and efficiency of which she takes great pride. While paying close attention to detail and understanding the needs of her clients, Patricia has a knack for approaching the buying and selling processes creatively allowing her to explore all avenues to make sure her clients are satisfied.
Along with witnessing the changes of Southwest Florida over the years, Patricia has also watched her family grow and change. She has been active participant in her son’s education and extracurricular activities which has gained her an inside understanding of the different school systems in the area, as well as available youth programs. Patricia’s extensive knowledge of the area is a tremendous asset which further qualifies her as a valuable real estate professional.
